Players MUST register in their home town / community unless otherwise directed by WCFC Registrar or President.

Communication / Email / Website

Due to the volume of coaches and parents, it is not always possible to communicate via phone. Please provide your email address and check it regularly (as both White City Futbol Club - WCFC- and your coach will be sending important information that may be time sensitive). This website,, also has up to date information for your reference (schedules, maps, rules, general announcements and information, etc).

Coaches / Team Leaders

If you are registering your child in soccer, please be prepared to volunteer to help share in coaching your children. Each team requires at least two to three parents to lead their child’s team and must volunteer at time of registration. Teams will NOT be created by having to send out multiple canvasses to “twist parents’ arms to step forward.

Coaching clinics may be provided each season based on interest.

Criminal Record Checks

The White City Futbol Club requires all board members, coaches, managers, and other volunteers to complete a Criminal Record Check / vulnerable with the RCMP once every 3 years, or have complete one through our online registration website criminal record check portal, link here. WCFC will pay for the online criminal record check directly and will reimburse anyone who requires fingerprinting as a result of the RCMP check. For more information please download the Criminal Record Check manual.

Completion of the Criminal Record Check is now mandatory before the start of every soccer season.
